Refund Policy for Yarnwonders
We appreciate your understanding of our policy regarding refunds.
Due to the nature of our products (yarn , classes and crochet accessories), we are currently unable to accept returns.
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase. To ensure you get exactly what you need for your project, we highly recommend:
- Reviewing yarn descriptions and details carefully before purchasing. Pay close attention to description that we have given.

Contacting us if you have any questions or require assistance in choosing the perfect yarn for your project. We're happy to help!
- Classes : Classes can be carry forwarded to up to 2 months from the date of payment and medical reasons up to 12 months . After which you have to pay again for classes.
Exceptions:
There may be rare exceptions to this policy, such as:
- Incorrect item received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to send you the correct item or issue a full refund.
- Damaged item: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement. But sure record a video while unpacking for proof of reference.
